Onsite hardware repair of laser printers is our core business. We strive to provide our customers with a fast and accurate answer to their printer hardware failure. We are constantly updating our training on Hewlett Packard LaserJet products so we can provide top rated support at competitive rates. Our onsite service can be provided three ways: 1) a service agreement, 2) by purchasing prepaid support blocks, 3) on a time and materials basis.

What is On-Site Service?

When you call us for service, we diagnose the problem based on the information you provide. We will dispatch our service engineer to your location with the parts needed to repair your printer. In most cases the repairs will be completed the same day. We know your time is valuable.
We eliminate you having to transport your printer to an offsite location
and possibly waiting days to have it repaired.
